Welcome to Ear Health Central Otago – Frankton/Queenstown Clinic
Our clinic is located at Remarkables Park Shopping Centre in the Bay Audiology Building and is open for appointments every Wednesday and every second Thursday.
We now have two qualified Registered Nurses covering our Central Otago Clinics.
Shelley Simon (Owner/Registered Nurse) has lived in Central most of her life and comes from a varied background in nursing, from Emergency and surgical nursing to Older Peoples Health and Community Health.
Karen Tippett (Registered Nurse) is from Christchurch but has lived in Central for the past 7 years. She has a strong ENT theatre, ICU nursing and pain management background.
Together we cover all of Central Otago and offer a friendly, personalised service designed to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Ear Health Central Otago offers professional, friendly assistance in the following ways:
- Earwax and debris removal from the ear canal
- Assistance with the management of outer ear infections
- Removal of foreign bodies from the ear canal
- Advice with ear issues and referrals to other health professionals, including GPs, ENT specialists, audiology, and hearing therapists.
We offer a discount for those with hearing aids funded by ACC, and our service is free for War Pensioners with hearing loss.

Consultation + War Pension | Appointment: Funded
No GP referral is required.
